The official cancellation and refund terms below are placeholders until confirmed by Cai Resorts management. Replace each "TBC" before launch.

1. Scope

This policy applies to accommodation bookings, conference and event reservations, and service bookings (van hire, transfers, camping) made with Cai Resorts.

2. Accommodation Cancellations

Free cancellation window: TBC (e.g., 48–72 hours before check-in)
Late cancellation charge: TBC

3. Conferences & Events

Rescheduling window: TBC
Cancellation charges: TBC (typically scaled by notice period)

4. No-Shows

No-show charge: TBC.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within TBC business days.
